Check in was fast, the front desk guy was friendly and helped us with everything. Breakfast has this waffle station, and man, it was like winning the lottery for the kids, they loved it!

The room had an alarm clock, ironing facilities, and a radio. Plus, a refrigerator, shower, sofa bed, and tea/coffee maker. Fitness center access was a bonus, and the indoor swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. Breakfast included omelets and plenty of choices. Staff were super nice and helpful.

I had a decent stay with a clean room and a surprisingly good selection at breakfast, including freshly baked pastries and smooth coffee. The friendly staff made my experience much more enjoyable, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable. However, the pool area could use better maintenance as it felt a bit neglected. Overall, good value for the price during my short visit.

The beds were super comfy, perfect for unwinding after playing at St Ives Country Club and Riverpines Golf Club. Enjoyed our favorite shows on the 40” LG TV. Just a heads up, some rooms could use maintenance, but the staff was quick to help. Definitely recommend staying here!

I did notice the cleanliness issue in one room. the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in. That wasn't ideal, but the overall stay was great.

Additionally, the lack of vending machines and the high prices of remaining snacks was a letdown. The temperature of the pool made it unusable, which was disappointing after a long day.

The standout service from Ollie, who was both understanding and polite, made a lasting impression. However, breakfast hours ended too early for a traveler wanting to sleep in, and the $50 deposit remained unreturned. A maintenance issue in the pool area also detracted from the visit.
